To all my family and friends,
Just wanted to write a note to thank all of you for your prayers and generosity during this journey. We have been back now for a few days day and its been good resting and recovering from the long journey. It was such an inspiring journey! Looking back I am just so pleased to have made some great friendships along the way and have had a great time staying in the many youth hostels, hostels, motels and the many people who have generously offered their place for us. Some of us even slept in the church! Thank you to all our supporters out there who were so generous, this trip would not have happened if it wasn’t for your generosity.
Well, this journey has come to a new chapter, it is not the end, it is simply the end of a beginning, the beginning of a new challenge and venture in life!

SPEECHLESS!!!… UNBELIEVABLE!!!… We have ARRIVED !! I know a few days ago now, but this is it! All that pedalling has finally paid off and I am so glad that we are still high in spirits… looking forward to the Parliament of World Religions now! WELL DONE EVIAN, MOHAMMAD, EMILY and MEeeeeee… =)))
Yes we did have our very own Masterchef in our midst, we couldn’t believe our luck! This was our first cookup and our first homemade meal! It was certainly a sumptuous meal if I may say so myself and a hearty meal to keep us going in our last leg!

This is too cool… and next day we arrive in Melbourne for the Parliament of World Religions!
My humblest apologies, I haven’t been greet with my blog in the last few days, so I must backtrack a little with our progress, we are now in the Parliament of World Religions which means we have arrrived, YEAHHH!!!….. so to do that, we needed to pedal through the NSW – VICTORIAN border! Well here it is..
We arrived in the evening at Tathra Beach where we met up with Mike Kelly, Member for Eden Monaro, House of Representatives, Parliamentary Secretary for Defense Support and Parliamentary Secretary for Water.. what a treat! We enjoyed his company and had some real chats with him. Real down to earth kinda guy! We may not look as tired as we should be but that is because we were also celebrating Glen’s 21st birthday! This was also the night we got to dress up a little and get out of our tights and hang loose. So the night was still young, but we needed to rest as the days pedalling involved lots of hills and valleys!
